Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist seeking an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? Look no further! We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a reputable school near Laurens, South Carolina. This is a full-time position for the entire 2023-2024 school year, and it requires a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in the K-12 grade range.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid South Carolina license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Experience working with a K-12 caseload is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
