Soliant is excited to announce an immediate opening for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide full-time maternity leave coverage at a well-respected school district near Torrance, California. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success during this temporary assignment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities and identify any speech or language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' specific needs and therapy goals.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate effective communication strategies into the classroom.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and work collaboratively with the educational team.
• Educate students, families, and staff members on best practices for enhancing speech and language skills.

Qualifications:

• A valid California state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality speech and language services to students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
• Availability to work full-time for the duration of the maternity leave coverage.
