Are you a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a school setting? Soliant Health is partnering with a reputable school district in Petaluma, CA, to fill a full-time, onsite SLP position for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication disorders and speech-related difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to address students' unique needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and consistent support for students.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to the development of intervention strategies, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in speech therapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of speech therapy techniques, assessments, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
