Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum? Soliant Staffing is currently hiring for an SLP position in an Autism Charter School for the 23/24 school year in Arizona. Join our team and play a vital role in providing speech and language services to individuals with autism in a specialized and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate communication abilities and identify individualized goals for individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals, including social communication skills, pragmatic language, and expressive/receptive language.
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals with autism, utilizing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and educators, to support holistic and integrated treatment approaches.
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and evaluations.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute insights, and provide recommendations for ongoing support and intervention.

Requirements:
- Valid Arizona State License or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is essential.
- Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
