Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant is currently looking for a dedicated SLP to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position with a focus on serving students in grades K-8th. 

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and communication goals
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust therapy strategies as necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide support and guidance to classroom teachers regarding effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Kansas state license or eligible for licensure in the state of Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with students in a school setting, preferably with K-8th grade caseload
- Knowledge of and experience with a variety of assessment and therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
