Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Spring Hill. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support students' communication needs and contribute to their success throughout the entire academic year in a welcoming and collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, provide targeted therapy, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and enhance students' overall educational experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with parents and school personnel.
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid SLP license or certification in Kansas.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
