Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. As the SLP Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing our team of SLPs and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Rhode Island.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an SLP.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in speech-language therapy.
