Soliant Health is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in Mansfield, TX. This is a full-time onsite position for the 23-24 school year. The district welcomes both experienced SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development across academic and social settings
  • Monitor students' progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of students' performance
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development and review of students' goals and objectives
  • Offer training and support to teachers and staff regarding effective communication strategies and accommodations
  • Stay updated on current research and evidence-based practices in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred for experienced SLPs
  • Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply; completion of or enrollment in a Clinical Fellowship (CF) program
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Dedication to providing high-quality services to students and supporting their overall development
