Soliant Health is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Olympia, Washington, for the 2023-2024 school year. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome speech and language disorders, improving their communication skills, and enhancing their overall academic experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate goals and interventions for students
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and other relevant records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
