Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Stanfield, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position for the 23-24 school year. The district has multiple caseloads available, providing an excellent opportunity to work with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' specific needs and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders or delays
  • Target various speech and language areas, including articulation, phonology, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and social communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication development in the classroom and other settings
  • Monitor students' progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and review of students' goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable
  • Stay updated with current research and evidence-based practices in the field of speech-language pathology
  • Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff on effective strategies and accommodations for students with communication needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Arizona
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with a variety of communication disorders and caseloads preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality services and supporting students' overall communication development
