Job Posting: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Near Beaverton, OR

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Beaverton, Oregon. This position is part-time and focuses on a high school caseload. We are particularly interested in candidates who are already on assignment with us, as this opportunity provides continuity for both the SLP and the students.

Current School Year Position Details:

• Duration: ASAP - June 15th, 2023.
• Part-time position.
• Caseload: High school students.
• Direct services: Conducting assessments, providing therapy sessions, and monitoring student progress.
• Ideal for candidates already on assignment with us, seeking a flexible part-time opportunity.

Extended School Year (ESY) Details:

• Dates: July 10th to July 28th, 2023 (July 5th to July 7th are prep days).
• Sites: Butler Creek Elementary, Centennial Middle School, and Centennial High School.
• Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week.
• Some students have complex communication needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Oregon license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• Experience working with high school students is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and complex communication needs is desirable.
