We have an exciting full-time position available for the '23-'24 school year. Responsibilities:
- Provide tele-therapy services to students from kindergarten to twelfth grade
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions through a tele-therapy platform
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid North Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with a K-12 caseload is preferred
- Familiarity with tele-therapy platforms and technology
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
