We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing tele-therapy services to students in the K-12 age range. This is a full-time position that allows you to work remotely, using our provided Zoom Pro account to connect with students and deliver personalized therapy sessions. You will have a dedicated caseload and be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to support students' communication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy services to students via tele-therapy sessions
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated support
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using tele-therapy platforms and technology
