Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Plano, Texas for the 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to address each student's specific needs and goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and progress
- Monitor and document students' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student performance
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Texas state license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
