Speech Language Pathologist

Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Dallas, TX and Surrounding Areas

Soliant is currently seeking a talented and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 23/24 school year. This position is located near Dallas, Texas, and covers surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support student progress
• Monitor and document student progress towards achieving goals
• Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights on speech and language needs

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
