Location: Near Alto, IN

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Alto, Indiana for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full-time position, consisting of 36 hours per week, with a caseload covering students from PreK to 12th grade. The caseload will include approximately 75 students. This position requires onsite presence as all services will be conducted in person.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjust intervention strategies as necessary, and provide progress reports.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports within designated timelines.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Indiana license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• Experience working with a diverse caseload ranging from PreK to 12th grade.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
