Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical expertise and a passion for making a difference in clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client-specific needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals or groups, focusing on improving articulation, fluency, language, and cognitive-communication skills.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support client progress and well-being.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience with a diverse client population is a plus.
