Speech Language Pathology Position Available in New Lenox, IL

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in New Lenox, IL. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing communication disorders in students, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, facilitating therapy sessions, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support, and participating in team meetings and case conferences to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students with communication disorders
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Facilitate therapy sessions and monitor progress
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for students
• Attend team meetings and case conferences to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state SLP license
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
