Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Hiring Now for 23/24 School Year

Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing treatment plans and interventions for students with communication disorders.
- Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions under the guidance of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Conduct speech and language screenings to identify students who may require further assessment.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support the speech and language goals of students.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.

Requirements:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
