Staff Hire – Direct Hire – Relocation Bonus (Cortland, NY)

Soliant is partnered with a retail pharmacy in Cortland, New York, and is looking to fill a role for a Staff Pharmacist. This position typically offers a 4x10 or 4x12 schedule, ranging from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. This position requires an Immunization Certification and someone who is comfortable giving all vaccines. The facility is looking for someone with a valid NY licensure and is offering a relocation bonus. Work Hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, typically 4x10 or 4x12 schedule
Duration: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Complies with all applicable federal, and state laws, pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
• Prepares and dispenses prescription medications, including maintenance of necessary records, accurate third-party adjudication and patient charges, and inventory management.
• Counsels patients and medical providers regarding the nature and use of drugs, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects, as well as monitors the health and progress of patients to ensure compliance and to optimize therapies.
• Participates in patient-centered services including immunization, MTM, and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

• NY License
• Immunization Certification (Required)
• Must be comfortable giving all vaccines (Required)
