Soliant Health has partnered with a specialty compounding pharmacy that’s looking to add sterile compounding pharmacy technicians to their Tampa location! Dedicated to patient safety and quality, this organization focuses on compounding medications for age management, IV therapy, vitamin injections, hair care solutions, aesthetics and more. Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications
- Mix pharmaceutical preparations and fill prescriptions
- Receive and store incoming supplies
- Perform daily function of disinfecting hoods or other equipment
- Clean equipment and sterilize glassware using dry heat ovens or autoclaves
- Ensure security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements
- Attend orientation, training, and competency evaluations as needed
Qualifications:
- FL Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of recent sterile compounding experience
- Flexibility with hours
Schedule consists of a 4x10s or 5x8s daytime schedule
