Sterile Compounding Pharmacist - Houston, TX

Would you like to expand your experience as a pharmacy technician? Let Soliant help! We are looking for 2 Sterile Compounding Pharmacists for an Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy in Houston, TX. 

Title: Pharmacist 
Location: Houston, TX 
Setting: Infusion/Specialty 
Schedule: M-F 6 am - 3 pm
Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of temp-to-hire

Duties:

• Oversee the maintenance of the clean rooms as clean, safe, and secure.
• Final inspection of packaged drugs prior to dispensing to customers.
• Oversee and supervise the activities of all pharmacy interns and technicians including, compounding of sterile IV products following cGMP and USP standards. 
• Retain the professional and personal responsibility for any delegated task performed by interns and technicians under his or her supervision.
• Accurate and timely completion of all required documents, forms, and reports as outlined in the Company’s SOP’s and policy and procedure manual.

Ideal Candidate: 

• Licensed in 2-3 states (willing to get more)
• Familiar with powder to sterile compounding
• Minimum two (2) years of compounding pharmacy experience
