We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to join our exceptional educational community. This presents a unique and exciting opportunity for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the unique learning needs and goals of each student.
  • Foster effective collaboration with fellow educators, parents, and support staff, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive educational experience.
  • Utilize appropriate assistive technologies and employ innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid teaching certification/license as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
  • Hold a master’s degree in Deaf Education, specializing in listening and spoken language.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of amplification, adaptive equipment, and relevant technology.
  • Must be fluent in ASL
