A school district near Monterey, California is in need of a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for the current school year. This is a full time (35 hours per week) position that primarily involves working with home school students.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must be a licensed teacher in the state of California and must have Deaf Education Endorsement. Position will involve home visits and teacher will be responsible for providing transportation. Mileage reimbursement may be provided. Other responsibilities will include specialized instruction and individualized education plans.
