We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team remotely and provide exceptional services to high school students in Kern, CA. Our mission is to support student communication and learning, regardless of location.

Position Overview: As a Remote SLP, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating speech and language disorders in high school students. This fully remote position allows you to connect with students virtually, fostering their communication skills and empowering their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to high school students, targeting speech and language goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support students' progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience working with high school students is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of remote therapy platforms and technology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
