Location: Clyde Park, Montana

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatments in a home health and hospice context
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life
- Manage a typical caseload of 4–7 patients daily during scheduled shifts
- Participate in on-call rotations and support inpatient units as needed
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, primarily 8-hour shifts
- On-call duties 2–4 weekday nights weekly and 1–3 weekends during contract
Contract Details:
- 13-week contract, with an immediate start date available
- This assignment requires a dedicated and experienced therapist to deliver outstanding patient care throughout the contract duration
