Location: Clyde Park, Montana

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatments in a home health and hospice context
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
  • Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life
  • Manage a typical caseload of 4–7 patients daily during scheduled shifts
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support inpatient units as needed

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, primarily 8-hour shifts
  • On-call duties 2–4 weekday nights weekly and 1–3 weekends during contract

Contract Details:

  • 13-week contract, with an immediate start date available
  • This assignment requires a dedicated and experienced therapist to deliver outstanding patient care throughout the contract duration
