Key responsibilities include evaluating patients’ functional status across skeletal, neurological, respiratory, cardiovascular, developmental, social, and cognitive domains. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, Aides, and students is also a vital component of this role. Your expertise in recommending and securing adaptive equipment will directly support patient rehabilitation goals.

Desired qualifications and experience:
