Occupational Therapist in Iliff, CO

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support diverse patient needs within a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient/swing beds, outpatient clinics, and extended care units.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using the Athena EMR system.
• Participate in departmental activities and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) in Colorado.
• Minimum of two years occupational therapy experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Schedule:

• Flexible 4 to 10-hour shifts or 5 to 8-hour shifts available.
• Department operational hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.
