- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, OT students, and COTA students.
- Document all treatments and progress accurately and promptly according to departmental policies.
- Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to established safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a collaborative care approach.
- Assist in new staff orientation and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage scheduling flexibility and maintain professionalism in attendance and appearance.
