Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Proficient in hand therapy with advanced skills and PAMs certification
- Experience working with neurological and pediatric patient populations is highly preferred
- Must hold a valid California OT license
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized occupational therapy services focusing on hand rehabilitation
- Utilize advanced PAMs and therapeutic techniques to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess and treat patients with neurological and pediatric needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
