A skilled Physical Therapist is needed to support outpatient services with occasional acute care duties in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to help patients regain optimal function and improve quality of life. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff while supervising assistants and aides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal and informal evaluations of patients’ musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans, coordinating with the care team and patients
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment methods, prognosis, and home exercise programs
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
• Document patient progress and treatment efficacy compliant with regulatory standards
• Recommend and assist with obtaining adaptive/supportive equipment
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to program development and process improvements
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards and values

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proficient in physical therapy protocols and patient care within outpatient and acute settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
