• Manage caseload efficiently to meet productivity expectations of 10-11 visits per day
• Utilize electronic health records (NextGen) for documentation and billing purposes
• Engage in case management and screening to build and maintain a robust patient caseload

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably within hospital or clinical settings
• Strong ortho skills addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative care
• Ability to conduct evidence-based assessments and apply appropriate treatment modalities
• Comfortable working within business casual dress norms
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage patient flow and documentation
