Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized therapy plans.
  • Direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring adherence to physician orders and insurance approvals.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation, including goal writing, quality indicators, and medical necessity letters.
  • Promote patient and staff safety by adhering to established safety protocols and organizational values.
  • Participate in student training programs, providing supervision and evaluations to foster learning.
  • Uphold professional licensure through ongoing education and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and support organizational quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and organizational code of conduct standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid and active physical therapy licensure.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and treating outpatient therapy patients.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and safety protocols.

  • Experience in an educational or supervisory role is a plus.
