Physical Therapist | Baltimore, Maryland

Provide skilled physical therapy services in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment specializing in adult, adolescent, and geriatric care. This contract role supports comprehensive rehabilitation needs including orthopedic and neurological conditions. Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
• Proficiency in orthopedic conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, and back pain
• Experience with neurological conditions including CVA, Parkinson’s disease, and brachial plexus injuries
• Skilled in assessments like fall risk and gross motor evaluations
• Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically NextGen
• Ability to manage an average caseload of approximately 55 visits per week
• Strong case management abilities and excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal and neurological impairments
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes efficiently using NextGen EHR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs and PTAs to optimize patient care
• Maintain business casual attire and professionalism when interacting with patients and staff

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position with a preferred start date in mid-February
