This position involves assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients affected by disease or injury, ensuring care is delivered in a quality-focused, cost-conscious, and patient-centered manner. Compliance with all regulatory standards is essential.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians to develop and revise treatment goals and discharge plans, educating patients and families, documenting evaluations and treatment sessions accurately, and serving as a resource for rehabilitation services and equipment. Maintaining strong communication, adhering to ethical standards, and fostering a supportive team environment are integral to this role. Participation in professional development, training, and departmental meetings is expected to ensure ongoing excellence in care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
  • Effective communication skills and customer-service oriented mindset
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and work efficiently with others
  • Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication purposes

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
