Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments, including musculoskeletal and fall risk evaluations.
• Manage caseloads by screening and building patient schedules efficiently.
• Deliver specialized orthopedic care for conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain (post-operative), fractures, and total joint replacements.
• Provide expert post-operative and non-surgical interventions for rotator cuff repairs and other musculoskeletal disorders.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR), specifically NextGen, to document and track patient progress.
• Maintain productivity expectations by managing 10-11 patient visits per day.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Physical therapy experience preferred, with at least 1+ years in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong case management and screening abilities.
• Proficiency with orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation protocols.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, particularly NextGen.
• Ability to maintain professional, business casual attire and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
