Deliver specialized physical therapy services in a hospital setting, supporting adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. This contract opportunity is ideal for licensed physical therapists with at least one year of clinical experience or new graduates seeking to advance their skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments, including fall risk and physical therapy evaluations.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain, fractures, osteoarthritis, and post-operative care.
- Manage caseloads of approximately 25 active patients with daily visits ranging from 8 to 10.
- Utilize NextGen electronic health records for documentation and patient tracking.
- Apply case management and screening techniques to build and maintain productive caseloads.
- Adhere to a business casual dress code while delivering professional care.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred; new graduates considered at adjusted terms.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably NextGen.
- Strong orthopedic and rehabilitation skills, including postoperative care and non-surgical interventions.
- Ability to manage diverse patient populations, from adolescents to geriatrics.
