A skilled Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity is available in Greenville, CA, offering the chance to provide comprehensive therapy services across multiple care settings including inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing. This contract position entails evaluating, planning, and delivering physical therapy following physician directives and state regulations to improve patient outcomes in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across diverse care units.
- Deliver physical therapy interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active California Physical Therapy License in good standing.

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care, skilled nursing, swing bed, or outpatient settings.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficient with computers and EMR systems.
- Dedicated to delivering patient-centered care with attention to detail.
