A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of inpatient experience in an acute care setting. This role involves providing physical therapy services in both inpatient acute care and skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments. Candidates must hold a valid Kentucky license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality physical therapy care to patients in an acute care hospital and SNF setting
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient-centered treatment plans
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Participating in bi-weekly orientation sessions to stay updated on protocols and procedures

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in inpatient acute care
  • Valid Kentucky Physical Therapy license
  • BLS certification required
  • Ability to reside within 100 miles of the facility location
  • Prompt administrative compliance, including assignment confirmation within 24 hours of offer acceptance
