Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
Preferred qualifications:
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required at time of application
- Previous hospital physical therapy experience preferred
- Proficiency with Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) charting system desired
- Ability to manage 5 patient visits per day efficiently
- Adaptable, fast learner, and capable of working autonomously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments within an acute care hospital
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Accurately document all assessments, treatments, and patient progress using the Netsmart system
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and state regulations
