Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Preferred qualifications:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required at time of application
• Previous hospital physical therapy experience preferred
• Proficiency with Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) charting system desired
• Ability to manage 5 patient visits per day efficiently
• Adaptable, fast learner, and capable of working autonomously
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments within an acute care hospital
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Accurately document all assessments, treatments, and patient progress using the Netsmart system
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and state regulations
