Physical Therapist - Latrobe, PA

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Previous hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred

• Commitment to working effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for hospital inpatients
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other allied health professionals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes, home exercises, and wellness strategies
• Document patient progress, response to therapy, and discharge recommendations in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements
• Support patients through rehabilitation and assist with safe transitions to their next level of care
