Physical Therapist - Lynn, MA

A healthcare provider is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive physical therapy services aimed at maximizing residents' functional abilities and promoting independence in activities of daily living within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include performing thorough evaluations and therapeutic procedures under medical supervision, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with input from residents and caregivers, and documenting all care activities in the electronic medical record system with clarity and accuracy. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and consultation with physicians to adjust care plans and support discharge planning are essential. The role also involves recommending and instructing on assistive device use, providing resident and caregiver education, supervising PT assistants, and ensuring adherence to Medicare and other reimbursement regulations. Maintaining clinical competence through ongoing education and contributing to departmental program development are also important.

Desired qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
