Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Clinical experience with hospital-based therapy preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices for a diverse patient population
  • Ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans aligned with physician direction and patient goals
  • Commitment to patient and employee safety, adhering to all policies and safety guidelines
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation requirements and regulatory guidelines
