Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and establish tailored care plans
  • Develop and implement treatment programs with appropriate interventions
  • Educate patients and families about therapy goals and self-care strategies
  • Document care accurately for clinical and billing purposes
  • Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and training programs
  • Assist in orienting new staff and serve as a clinical instructor for students
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing moderately complex cases with little supervision
