Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and establish tailored care plans
- Develop and implement treatment programs with appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families about therapy goals and self-care strategies
- Document care accurately for clinical and billing purposes
- Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and training programs
- Assist in orienting new staff and serve as a clinical instructor for students
- Exercise independent judgment in managing moderately complex cases with little supervision
