Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients towards discharge within established timelines.
- Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients ensuring functional treatment programs.
- Document medical records accurately and timely, including goal-setting, quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entries, complying with regulatory and insurance requirements.
- Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers to foster understanding and engagement.

Qualifications:
