Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments focusing on skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, adjusting as patient progress dictates.
  • Coordinate schedules and treatment frequencies with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on conditions, treatment rationales, and home exercise programs.
  • Supervise support staff and students in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Document clinical encounters promptly according to policy and assist in billing preparations.
  • Promote physical therapy services within the health system and community.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and professional development activities.
