Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active, unencumbered credentials
  • Demonstrated expertise in hospital and outpatient therapy settings
  • Strong clinical reasoning abilities for comprehensive patient evaluations and goal-driven care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate assigned patients and design individualized treatment plans according to their unique goals and physician direction
  • Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy interventions for assigned patients
  • Document all sessions and assessments clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Serve as an educator and mentor to patients, families, students, and peers, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Uphold a culture of safety for both patients and colleagues by proactively identifying hazards and following safe patient handling procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability in all interactions
  • Actively engage in performance improvement and quality initiatives as part of the clinical team
