Seeking a highly skilled physical therapist to provide exemplary inpatient and outpatient therapy services within an established hospital environment. The professional in this role will contribute to patient-centered care plans focused on restoring mobility, function, and quality of life for a diverse population.

Schedule:

  • Day shifts: 5x8-hour shifts weekly
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Experience delivering therapy services in a hospital setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of current therapy methods, documentation, and safety regulations
  • Compassionate approach and effective communication skills for interacting with patients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop evidence-based therapy interventions
  • Deliver rehabilitation sessions tailored to inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, recovery processes, and preventative strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as clinically indicated
