Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and patient needs.
- Delegate and direct therapy services to ensure coordinated care for assigned patients.
- Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation including treatment goals, quality indicators, and medical necessity letters in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to established safety protocols including safe patient handling and workplace hazard identification.
- Participate in student programs by providing supervision, setting learning objectives, and evaluating student performance.
