Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapy license
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic and neurologic therapy preferred
• Solid assessment and treatment skills for a diverse patient population

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to maximize patient mobility, function, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation goals and at-home exercises
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
